Harold Dutcher Obituary

          Harold James Dutcher, 72, of Robbinsville, NC passed away Friday, October 12, 2018, at his residence.

          A native of Florida, Harold has lived in Graham County for 32 years.  During that time, he owned and operated Dutcher’s Appliance Repair, working extensively throughout the area.   

          He was the son of the late Russell and Araminta Frasier Dutcher.  In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his brothers, Allen Dutcher and Duffy Dutcher.

          Harold served his country proudly in the US Navy on a Battleship during the Vietnam War.

          He is survived by his loving wife, Toni Burchett Dutcher; his daughter and son in law, Traci and Brian McManus of Wilkesboro, NC; his son, Ryan Dutcher of Robbinsville, NC; his sister Arlene Warren of New York; and his brothers, Larry Dutcher of Robbinsville, NC, and Warren Dutcher of Colorado.  His six grandchildren are Sydney, Payton and Addison McManus and Novie, Kane and Katelyn Dutcher.

          A Celebration of Life Ceremony will be held Saturday, October 20, 2018 at New Hope Baptist Church fellowship hall from 2:00 till 4:00 pm.  Everyone is invited to attend and please bring a sweet treat and your fondest memory of Harold.
