Kathy Michelle (Phillips) Patterson

Kathy Phillips Patterson, 49, of Robbinsville, NC, went home to be with the Lord on Saturday, September 29, 2018 at Mission Hospital in Asheville, NC.

          She was the daughter of the late Danny and Sarah Frances Gregory Phillips. 

          Kathy is survived by her sons and daughters in law, Kyle and Cassie Patterson and Brett and Brandy Patterson, all of Robbinsville, NC; her daughter, Abby Sawyer of Robbinsville, NC; her sister, Jennifer Elliott of Robbinsville, NC; and her brothers, David Freeman of Waynesboro, GA, Michael Freeman of Striker, OH, and Mark Freeman and Gary Gregory, both of Robbinsville, NC.  She has six grandchildren, Novie, David Gray, Legend, Rylee, Jadyn and Dalton.

          Funeral services will be held at 2:00 pm Tuesday, October 2, 2018 at the Townson-Smith Chapel.  The Reverend Patrick O’Dell will officiate.  The family will receive friends from 12:00 until 2:00 pm at the chapel, prior to the service.  Burial will follow at Lone Oak Baptist Church Cemetery.
