Shelby Lynn Jenkins

Shelby Lynn Jenkins, 21, of the Tuskeegee Community near Robbinsville, NC passed away on Thursday, August 1, 2019 at Erlanger Hospital in Chattanooga, TN. 

She was preceded in death by her grandfathers, Ted Wayne Jenkins, Sr., and Harold Tipton. 

Shelby is survived by her father, Teddy Jenkins, Jr., and her mother, Crystal McGaha, both of Robbinsville, NC; her sister, Cassidy Faith Jenkins of Robbinsville, NC; her paternal grandmother and her husband, Leona T. and Troy Spears of Whittier, NC, her maternal grandmother and her husband, Bonnie and Tony Tipton, of Stecoah, NC, and her step maternal grandmother, Donna Walker of Canton, NC.  She is also survived by several aunts, uncles, cousins and friends. 

Funeral services will be held at 2:00 pm Friday, August 9, 2019, at the Townson-Smith Chapel.  Reverend Coy Adams will officiate.  Burial will follow at Cable Cove Cemetery.  The family will receive friends from 12:00 until 2:00 pm Friday August 9, 2019 at the Chapel, prior to the services.
