"Spike" Keith Orr

Keith “Spike” Orr, age 56 of the Franks Creek Community of Robbinsville, NC passed away, Thursday, July 5, 2018 at his residence surrounded by his family.

          He was a native of Graham County and the son of Wanda “Johnnie” and Freddie Brooms and the late Harold Orr.

          In addition to his parents he is survived by his wife, Angie Williams Orr; sons and his daughter in law, Christopher and Julie Orr, Cody Orr of Robbinsville, NC; daughter, Montana Orr Byrd of Loxley, AL; brothers and their wives, Mitch and Carla Orr of Robbinsville, NC, J.R. and Pam Orr of Sylva, NC, Kenneth Brooms of Robbinsville, NC; his granddaughters, Cheslyn Orr, and Autumn Orr; and his In laws, Hugh Darrell and Ramona Williams.  He is also survived by 2 very dear friends whom he thought of as his sons, Joseph Whittle of Troutman, NC and David Simonds of Cookville, TN.

          Funeral Services will be held at 2:00 pm Sunday, July 8, 2018 at the Townson-Smith Chapel.  The Reverends Mitch Orr and Max Turpin will officiate.  Burial will follow at the Lone Oak Baptist Church Cemetery.  The family will receive friends from 12:00 till 2:00 pm Sunday at the Chapel prior to the Service.
