Willa (Lovin) Ham

Mrs. Willa Lovin Ham, age 77, of Newnan, GA passed away August 5, 2018. Mrs. Ham was born in Tuskeegee, NC the daughter of the late Rena Crisp Lovin and Taylor Lovin. She was also preceded in death by her husband, Jerry Ham. She enjoyed spending time with family and friends, painting, playing tennis and being very competitive. She was known for her sense of humor and her love for animals. Mrs. Ham was a successful country western singer in the early 70's.

Survivors are her children, Judy Hammer of Newnan, Tonya Fogg and husband, Ken of Sharpsburg, and Gary B. Crisp of Newnan; she has one grandson, Austin Hammer of Fayetteville; sister, Wanda Kelley and husband, Charles of Newnan; and her Dog "Lucy".

The family will be receiving friends at Townson-Smith Funeral Home, 160 Five Point Road, Robbinsville, NC 28771 on Wednesday, August 8, 2018 from 10:00-11:00 am at the Townson-Smith Chapel.  Funeral service will follow at 11:00 in the chapel.  Interment will be at Lone Oak Cemetery in Robbinsville, NC.
