William H. Flowers

William H. (Bill) Flowers of Robbinsville, NC passed away peacefully at his home on March 22, 2018.

Born in Conway, SC, he was the son the late Haskell A. Flowers and Margaret L. Davis Flowers.  He is survived by his wife thirty-two of years, Fran Flowers; three children, William Ronald Flowers (Teresa) of Moncks Corner, SC, Jeannie Swain of Charleston, SC, Tami Metts (Rusty) of Liberty, SC; stepdaughter, Huelena Nichols (Casey) of Robbinsville, NC. 

He is survived also by nine grandchildren, three step-grandchildren, four great grandchildren and three step-great grandchildren.  Siblings: V.L. (Bob) Flowers (Jeanette) of Summerville, SC, Betty Turner of Rich Creek, VA, Sara Wilkerson of Monks Corner, SC and Doris Tanner (Mike) of Chesapeake, VA.  He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.

Bill was predeceased by his brothers, Cecil Ray Flowers, Carl Richard Flowers, Thomas H. Flowers and sisters Judy Spell and Dena Moore.

A memorial service will be held at 3:00 pm Sunday, March 25, 2018 at the Robbinsville First Baptist Church.  The family will receive friends from 1:00 until 3:00 pm Sunday at the church prior to the service.
