As Heaven has gained an angel, the world has lost one incredible lady, Angela Rosetta Crisp, 55 of Robbinsville, NC passed away, Thursday, July 7, 2022, at Northeast Georgia Medical Center in Gainesville, GA after battling numerous health complications.
She was a native of Graham County and the daughter of the late Barney and Pauline Johnson Crisp.
Angela had the nickname Angel Eyes given to her as a child by her grandfather and the name stuck. There were hardships in her life, but her strength and faith in God carried her though and the love of her family and friends is what she truly lived for. She was as beautiful on the inside as she was on the outside. She loved deeply and she was deeply loved.
She was an amazing artist and enjoyed oil painting, reading as well as working in her flowers. She was saved and loved the Lord; she truly had peace in her heart that can only come from our Heavenly Father. Angela will be forever loved and missed in our hearts, but she is no longer in pain. She has finally found rest. To be absent from the body is to be present with the Lord. She always said music is truly one of Gods greatest gifts to man. She was right. Rest in peace Beautiful. Until we meet again on Heavens bright shore.
She is survived by the love of her life and soulmate, Keith Rogers of Robbinsville, NC; Foster Parents Russel and Vivian Ziggler of Brevard, NC; children, Matthew Smith of Andrews, NC, Rachael Harris and her husband Dion of Robbinsville, NC, Rebecca Smith and John Felton of Robbinsville, NC; Keith’s son and daughter-in-law, James and Ashlyn Rogers of Robbinsville, NC; brother, Brian Crisp of Robbinsville, NC, and 9 grandchildren, Jaylee, Jaylinn, Tyler, Precious, Kristopher, Andrew, Bree, Eve, and Naomi. She is also survived by several aunts, uncles, cousins, and fellow orphan siblings.
A Celebration of Life Service will be held at 7:00 pm Saturday, August 6, 2022, at Cheoah Point Beach and Picnic Area. Anyone wanting to attend is welcome, the family is planning an evening of food, music, and fellowship in memory of Angela.
In lieu of flowers the family requests that donations be made to Townson-Smith Funeral Home to help with expenses.
