Arthur Anderson

Arthur Anderson, age 58 of the Yellow Creek community of Robbinsville, NC passed away, Friday, July 27, 2018 at his residence.

          He was a native of Graham County and the son of Varnel Anderson and the late Shirley Carver Anderson.  In addition to his mother, he was preceded in death by his daughter, Wendy Anderson Ingersoll in June of 2005; his brothers, Daniel Anderson and Billy Anderson; and sister, Velvet Anderson.

          He is survived by his wife, Tammie Hall Anderson, Sons and daughter-in-law, Josh and Marina  Anderson and Dalton Anderson both of Robbinsville, NC; and sister and brother-in-law, Vickie and Dean Carpenter of Robbinsville, NC; He is also survived by five Grandchildren , Kyle Ingersoll, Gabriel Anderson, Lexy Ingersoll, Daniel Hall, Guinevere Anderson, one great grandchild, Mia Luna; and nieces, Cynthia Bird and Robin Nichols.

          Funeral Services will be held at 7:00 pm Sunday, July 29, 2018 at the Townson-Smith Chapel.  The Reverend Lance Burke will officiate.  The family will receive friends from 5:00 till 7:00 pm at the Chapel prior to the service.

          Committal Services will be held at 11:00 am Monday, July 30, 2018 at Lower Yellow Creek Cemetery.
