Beatrice (Lynn) Grant

Beatrice Lynn Grant, 91, of Robbinsville, NC went home to be with the Lord on Monday, November 18, 2019 at Erlanger Hospital in Chattanooga, TN. 

A native of Graham County, she was the daughter of the late Posey and Angeline Williams Lynn.  In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Robert S. Grant; her son, Robert S. Grant, Sr.; her grandson, Hubert Daniel Grant, Jr.; and her son in law, Jeff Hardin.  

She is survived by her daughter, Sandra Grant Hardin of Murells Inlet, SC; her sons, Hubert Daniel Grant, Sr., and his wife, Hope, and Henry Van Grant and his wife, Mary, of Robbinsville, NC; and her sister, Ethel Waldroup of Atlanta, GA.  She has 10 grandchildren and several great grandchildren. 

Funeral services will be held at 2:00 pm Wednesday, November 20, 2019, at the Townson-Smith Chapel. The Reverend Onley Williams will officiate.  Burial will follow at Lower Yellow Creek Cemetery.  The family will receive friends from 1:00 pm until 2:00 pm at the Chapel, prior to the service.
