Betty Millsaps Obituary

Betty June Millsaps, 81 of Robbinsville, NC passed away, Thursday, July 6, 2023, at her residence surrounded by her family.

She was a native of Miami, Florida, and the daughter of the late Carnell Richard Boyington and Mary Elizabeth Hayes Boyington Bargar. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her son William Bill Millsaps.

She is survived by her husband, Joe Millsaps; her daughter, Pamela Lovin of Robbinsville, NC; sisters, Brenda Fertig and Kim Bargar both of Florida. She is also survived by 2 grandchildren, 3 Great Grandchildren, and 1 great great grandchild.
