Billy Lamar Birchfield Sr.

Billy Lamar Birchfield Sr., 74 of Robbinsville, NC passed away, Wednesday, March 9, 2022, at his residence.

          He was a native of Graham County and the son of the late Ed and Reva Dale Hooper Birchfield. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his brothers, Jim Birchfield, Tom Birchfield, sisters, Lillian Jones, and Linda Fay Jones.

          He is survived by his daughter, Susie Williams of Robbinsville, NC, son, Billy L. Birchfield Jr. of Winston Salem, NC; sister, Mary Birchfield of Robbinsville, NC; granddaughters, Aleighsa Birchfield, Jennifer Outen, and 2 great grandchildren.

           A Memorial Service will be held at 2:00 pm Saturday, March 12, 2022, at the Townson-Smith Chapel. The Reverend Daniel Stewart will officiate. The family will receive friends from 1:00 till 2:00 pm at the Chapel prior to the service.
