Billy Ray Outen

Billy Ray Outen, 64, of Robbinsville, NC passed away, Friday, March 1, 2024, at his residence.

          He was a native of York, SC but has resided in Robbinsville for several years.  He was the son of the late Johnny and Jessie Mae Stewart Outen.  In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his sister-in-law, Janet Cable Outen.

          He is survived by his daughter, Sherriee Outen of South Carolina; brothers Johnny Outen (Jennifer), and Dallas Outen both of Robbinsville, NC.

          Graveside Services will be held at 1:00 pm Thursday, March 7, 2024, at the Carver Cemetery.  The Reverend Jimmy Millsaps will officiate.
