Billy Ray "Bud" Morgan

Billy Ray “Bud” Morgan, age 82, of Robbinsville, passed away, Monday, March 24, 2025, at his residence surround by his family.

          He was a native of Cherokee County and the son of the late Ralph and Hattie Rogers Morgan.

          Bud loved hunting, fishing, Black Knight sports and especially his grandkids and great grandkids.

          He is survived by his wife of 57 years, Norma Kay Wiggins Morgan; children and their spouses, Michael and Amanda Morgan, Dale and Amber Morgan of Robbinsville, NC, Crystal and Chase Stowell of Anderson, SC, Laurie Morgan of Rock Hill, SC; brother, Buzz Morgan of Robbinsville, NC; sister, Patsy Deetz of Franklin, NC; 9 grandchildren, and 16 great grandchildren.

          Graveside Services will be held at 2:00 pm Wednesday, March 26, 2025, at Carver Cemetery.  Reverend Tully Griggs will officiate.
