Bonnie Holder

Bonnie Holder, 89 of Almond, NC passed away, Monday, January 30, 2023, at Skyland Care Center in Sylva, NC.

          She was a native of Dayton, OH but has resided in Robbinsville for most of her life.  She was the daughter of the late Edward Schidecker and Vada Marie DeHart Schidecker.  In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Frank Holder, her son Charles Holder and her siblings, Ruth Dale, Peggy Violet, Betty Longstreth and Janet Breckall.

          She is survived by her grandchildren, Sabrina Tipton of Almond, NC, Franklin Holder of Rose Pine, LA; brother, Michael Schidecker of Dayton, OH, sisters, Cynthia Chadwell, Debbie Burton, Charlene Owens, and Wanda Reynolds all of Dayton, OH.  She is also survived by 12 great grandchildren, Christy Furr, Summer McCoy, Chelsey Jenkins, Caytlyn Jenkins, Bruce Tipton, Samuel Holder, Caleb Holder, William Holder, Sara Bella Holder, Alillan Holder, Cordelia Holder, Katherine Holder, and 5 great great grandchildren, Theodore Furr, Valerie Tipton, Olivia McCoy, Vivian McCoy, and Oakland, Stepp.

          Funeral Services will be held at 1:00 pm Saturday, February 4, 2023, at the Townson-Smith Chapel.  Burial will follow the service at the Breedlove Cemetery.

          The family will receive friends from 12:00 till 1:00 pm Saturday at the Chapel prior to the service.
