Brenda (Birchfield) Carpenter

Brenda Birchfield Carpenter, age 69 went home to be with the Lord, Thursday, October 25, 2018 at her residence.

          She was a native of Graham County and the daughter of Mary Jo Walsh Birchfield and the late Cleve. E. Birchfield.  In addition to her father she was preceded in death by her daughter, Holly Eller; her brothers, Randall Birchfield, Dennis Birchfield; and her sister, Lana Lane.

          In addition to her mother she is survived by her sister and brother in law, Donnis and Clark Hooper of Mt. Pleasant, SC; brother, Tim Birchfield of Robbinsville, NC; grandchildren, Samantha Eller, Christina DeLine; great grandchild, Maximus DeLine all of Michigan; and several nieces and nephews.

          Funeral Services will be held at 7:00 pm Monday, October 29, 2018 at the Townson-Smith Chapel.  The Reverends Harold Beasley and Coy Adams will officiate.  The family will receive friends from 6:00 till 7:00 pm Monday at the chapel prior to the service.

          Committal Services will be held at 11:00 am Tuesday, October 30, 2018 at Lone Oak Baptist Church Cemetery.
