Bruce Wayne Carver

Bruce Wayne Carver, 71 of the Berts Creek Community of Robbinsville, NC passed away, Wednesday, May 22, 2024, at his residence.

          He was a native of Graham County and the son of the late Arnold Carver and Elva Turpin Carver.  In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his sister, Eloise Carver, brothers, Darrell Carver and Frank “Buddy” Carver.

          He is survived by his significant other, Deanna Judd; sons, Mark Carver of Robbinsville, NC, Calvin Hensley of Andrews, NC; sisters, Stella Louise James of Bryson City, NC, Mildred Kay Wilson of Waynesville, NC; brother, Harold Carver of Robbinsville, NC; grandchildren, Devon Wallace, Noah Wallace, Kayla Miller, Gaberial Miller, Deidra Hensley, Zane Hensley; 1 great grandchild, Ryder Carver; and several special nieces and nephews.

          Funeral Services will be held at 2:00 pm Tuesday, May 28, 2024, at the Townson-Smith Chapel.  Burial will follow at the Lower Yellow Creek Cemetery.  The family will receive friends from 1:00 till 2:00 pm at the Chapel prior to the service.
