Carol (Brooks) Nix

     Carol Nix, 79 formerly of Robbinsville, passed away, Monday, February 6, 2023, in Villa Rica, GA.

     She was a native of Graham County and the daughter of the late Wayne and Ola Belle Crisp Brooks. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Marvin Nix.

     She is survived by her son, Wayne King of Villa Rica, GA, and her brother Lamar Brooks of Robbinsville, NC. She has 3 Grandchildren and 4 great grandchildren.

     Funeral Services will be held at 1:00 pm Saturday, February 11, 2023, at the Townson-Smith Chapel. The Reverends Jim Postell and Jack Millsaps will officiate. Burial will follow the service at New Hope Baptist Church Cemetery. The family will receive friends from 12:00 till 1:00 pm Saturday at the Chapel prior to the service.
