Carroll Owen Jenkins

Carroll Owen Jenkins, 89, of Charlotte, NC, passed away Thursday, June 3, 2021, at Novant Health Center in Charlotte. 

He was a native of Graham County and the son of the late James Virgil and Esta Hyde Jenkins. 

Carroll was a Veteran having served his country proudly in the US Navy. 

Funeral services will be held at 10:00 am Sunday, June 6, 2021, at the Townson-Smith Chapel.  Reverend Larry Icenhower will officiate.  Graveside services will be held later Sunday afternoon at 3:00 pm at the Yellow Branch Cemetery where Military Honors will be conducted by the US Naval Honor Guard. 

Due to the risk of exposure to COVID 19, it is requested that those in attendance who have not been vaccinated wear face coverings and practice social distancing.
