Cecil Patterson

Cecil Patterson, 73, of Greenback passed away peacefully in his sleep on Sunday, August 10, 2025, after a battle with cancer. Cecil was born in Robbinsville, NC on May 3, 1952. He was a member of the Carroll Masonic Lodge in Carrollton, GA. Cecil was a vice president with Phillips and Jordan for many years, and a co-owner of Graham County Land and Patterson Brothers.  

         He was preceded in death by his parents, Oscar and Geneva Patterson; brothers, Carl Patterson and Carlas Patterson; and sister, Cheryl Ann Patterson.

         Cecil is survived by his wife, Patti Patterson; sons, Tracy (Amanda) Patterson and Josh (Holly) Patterson; grandchildren, Alex, Jordan, Jaden, Jacob, Nathan, Jenny, Walker, and Sawyer; brothers, Chester (Trish) Patterson, Conway Patterson, and Cleve (Stacey) Patterson; sister, Carolyn Holland; sister-in-law, Denise Patterson; and many nieces and nephews. 

         In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to Gethsemane Baptist Church, 5446 Cedar Church Lane, Greenback, TN 37742 or The Robbinsville Masonic Lodge, PO Box 68 Robbinsville, NC 28771, or any other charity of your choosing.

         A celebration of life service will be held at a later date.
