Christine (Rogers) Keever

     Christine Keever, 93 of Dayton, OH passed away on May 2, 2024.

     She was a native of Graham County born February 21, 1931, to the Late Elmer and Belle Eller Rogers. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Ray Alvin Keever and her sister, Aleene Campbell.

     Christine was an Executive Secretary at Wright Patterson Air Force Base. Music was her true love. Christine is in Heaven playing guitar and clogging with Ray. We will miss you Rough House Rosie (Uncle Jim's nickname for her).

     She is survived by her daughter, Vicki Keever and friend Jaiymie Kiggins; her music partner, Jim Caplinger; her niece, Clarene Watts and her church family, Stoney Burke, Charlie Hightower, Jim Whitmore, Vicki Moore, DeVonda Kerr Vanderpool, Heather Scaggs, Carrie Day, Larry and Julie Ledbetter, Charlene Harmon, Kathleen Bishop and the members of the Glory Cloud and North Central Baptist Church and all her family and friends that knew and loved her in NC.

     Graveside Services will be held at 11:00 am Saturday, May 25, 2024, at the Metz Cemetery.
