Dave Stewart

Dave Stewart, 81 of Robbinsville, NC passed away, Saturday, February 1, 2025.

          He was a native of Graham County and the son of the late Vasco and Norma Waldroup Stewart.  In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his wife, Emma Jean James Stewart, his grandson, Bartley Crisp, sons, Mike Colvard, Mitch Colvard, and his brother, Wade Stewart.

          He is survived by his daughters and son-in-law, Teresa and Larry Crisp of Robbinsville, NC, Connie Daley of Grants Pass, OR; brother, Junior Stewart of Lakeland, FL; sisters, Louise Housholder of Robbinsville, NC and Bonell Kelley of Friendsville, TN; his special sweetheart, Linda Orr; granddaughters, Tosha Covlard, Michelle Holden; grandsons, Richard Daley, Nathan Daley, Terrance Daley, Cameron Daley; and 4 great grandchildren.

          Funeral Services will be held at 7:00 pm Monday, February 3, 2025, at the Townson-Smith Chapel.  Reverend Daniel Stewart will officiate.  The family will receive friends from 5:00 till 7:00 pm Monday at the Chapel prior to the service.

          Committal Services will be held at 11:00 am Tuesday, February 4, 2025, at the Carver Cemetery.
