Donald "Donnie" Eugene Yeargin

     Donald Eugene (Donnie) Yeargin, 69, of Robbinsville, went home to be with the Lord Tuesday, August 17, 2024, at his residence following an extended illness.

     He was the son of the late Bob Yeargin and Jessie Millsaps Keener. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his uncles, Keith Millsaps, Billy Jack Millsaps and Junior Millsaps.

     He is survived by his wife Nina Millsaps Yeargin; his brother whom he loved dearly, Joe Yeargin (Donna) of Robbinsville, NC; uncle, Bobby Millsaps (Dolly) of Robbinsville, NC and his aunts, Georgia Hunter of Robbinsville, NC, Betty Burnette (Mike) of Mars Hill, NC and Clota Millsaps of Robbinsville, NC; his very special sister-in-law, Ann Higdon; niece, Sarah Satterfield, cousin, Lisa Payne; as well as many other friends and family.

     Donnie was a carpenter by trade. He used his craft to help many people throughout the years. He will always be remembered for his warm smile, gentle spirit and his genuine love of helping people.
