Flo Deyton, age 90, of Robbinsville, NC went home to be with the Lord early Monday morning on February 24, 2025, surrounded by loved ones at
Graham Healthcare and Rehab Center in Robbinsville.
She was born in Appling County, GA and the daughter of the late Ethel Holland Martin of Patterson, GA. In addition to her mother, she was preceded in death by her sister, Alice Beaulieu.
Flo moved to Robbinsville when she married the late Jack Deyton, the love of her life, for almost 60 years. She was a lifelong member of Sweetwater Baptist Church and also a member of the Order of the Eastern Star. Flo's most favorite thing to do was spending time with her family and friends. She was also involved with several organizations which included the Guardian Ad Litem Program and the Tallulah Clinic Ladies Auxiliary.
She is survived by her two daughters and their husbands; Regina and Dicky Webster of Robbinsville, Renita and Bill Rochester of Rock Hill, SC. She is also survived by her six grandsons, Micah Webster, Matt and Cayce Webster, Mark and Heather Webster, Myles and Lacy Webster all from Robbinsville, Chad and Kristin Rochester, and Blake Rochester all of Columbia, SC. Flo was also blessed with ten great grandchildren, Gracie, Avery, Dayne, Dreylee, Dex, Ethan, Mylee, Soren, Bergen, and Nate.
Funeral Services will be held at 3:00 pm Sunday, March 2, 2025 at the Townson-Smith Chapel in Robbinsville, NC. Reverends G.D. Phillips and Patrick O'Dell will officiate. Burial will follow the service at the Old Mother Cemetery. The family will receive friends from 2:00 till 3:00 pm at the Chapel prior to the service.
In lieu of flowers donations can be made to the Graham Healthcare and Rehabilitation Resident Council Fund in Robbinsville, NC.
