Imogene (Moore) Bailey

Imogene Moore Bailey, age 70 of the Wolf Creek Heights community of Stecoah, NC passed away, Thursday, May 23, 2019 at Mission Hospital in Asheville, NC.

          She was a native of Lincoln Co. NC and the daughter of the late Winnie Moore.  In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her son, Ronnie Bailey; brothers, Talmadge Moore, Everett Moore; sisters, Lucille Holloway and Ellen Gosnell.

          She is survived by her husband, Ronald Bailey; sons and their wives, Raymond and Cheri Bailey, Wayne and Evelyn Bailey all of Stecoah, NC; and 3 grandsons, Michael, Matthew, and Lazarus Bailey.

          Funeral Services will be held at 2:00 pm Sunday, May 26, 2019 at Dry Creek Baptist Church.  The Reverends Coy Adams and Patrick Odell will officiate.  Burial will follow the service at the Jenkins Cemetery.

          The family will receive friends from 12:00 till 2:00 pm at the Church prior to the services.
