James Dillard

James Dillard, 82 of the Mountain Creek Community of Robbinsville, NC passed away, Tuesday, March 12, 2024, at Graham Healthcare and Rehabilitation Center.

          He was a native of Graham County and the son of the late, James Kelly Dillard and Emma Peak Dillard.  In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his wife, Carolyn Loudermilk Dillard in March of 2011, his brother, Alfred Dillard; sisters, Ella Lail, Ellen Cook, Elsie Jumper, Helen Stiles, Josie Trulove, and Jessie Mae Brackett.

          He is survived by his sister and brother-in-law, Elva and Dave Jenkins of Prescott, AZ, and several nieces and nephews.

          Graveside services will be held at 1:00 pm, Monday, March 18th, 2024, at the Old Mother Cemetery. Reverand Daniel Stewart will officiate.
