James "Jamie" Lee Brooks

James “Jamie” Lee Brooks, 51 of Andrews, NC formerly of Robbinsville, NC passed away unexpectedly at his home on May 30, 2022.

          He was the son of the late Alvin and Benalee Day Brooks. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his sister, Renee Brooks Roper, grandparents Reverend J.C. Day, James Carl Brooks, and Audrey Phillips Brooks.

          He is survived by his son and daughter-in-law, Brandon and Jordan Brooks of Fletcher, NC; one grandson; brother, Jeffery Brooks of Buford, GA; his grandmother, Nell Day who took care of him after his mother passed away; Aunt, Linda Hooper; and uncles, Ronnie Day, Calvin Day, and Marshall Brooks as well as several Nieces, Nephews and cousins.

          A Memorial Services is being planned for a later date.

          On behalf of the Brooks family, we would like to Thank Bear Creek Baptist Church for their generosity and request that in lieu of flowers donations be sent to the Church at 85 Bear Creek Drive, Robbinsville, NC 28771.
