Joe Millsaps Obituary

Joe L. Millsaps, 84 of the Old Highway 129 community of Robbinsville, NC passed away, Friday, November 24, 2023, at his residence.

He was a native of Graham County and the son of the late Grady Lee and Arlene Carver Millsaps. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his wife, Betty Millsaps in July of 2023 and his son Bill Millsaps.

He is survived by his daughter, Pam Lovin of Robbinsville, NC; grandchildren, Creed Lovin, Stephanie Stewart, and 3 great grandchildren, and 1 great great grandchild.

Arrangements for a Memorial Service will be announced later.
