Kase McAlister Brooks, 25 of the Atoah Community of Robbinsville, NC passed away, Monday, December 30, 2024.
He was a native of Graham County and the son of KaSondra Orr Brooks and the late Rev. Kevin Brooks who preceded him in death in 2020.
Kase was an avid outdoorsman, he loved any type of hunting, fishing, or anything that involved wheels. He was a talented welder, and he was gifted with the ability to work with a sharp mind and a will to fix anything he could. He would envision steps ahead and see a plan fold or unfold in a matter of seconds.
Kase was the friend everyone counted on for help, he was the one that was strong and capable in times of need.
He could also make the best steak you ever tasted, he was always experimenting with different seasonings and ways to grill. He was also quick to make sure you sampled whatever he made and somehow, it was always perfect.
Kase will be missed by so many family and friends; but he will never be forgotten and the memories he created will be treasured by all who knew him and loved him.
In addition to his mother, he is survived by his brothers, Kyler Brooks and Kolby Brooks both of Robbinsville, NC, grandparents, Jerry Orr, Marlene and Jerry Carver, Bobby and Roma Brooks and by the girl that completely stole his heart, Maddie Wiggins.
Funeral Services will be held at 2:00 pm Saturday, January 4, 2025, at New Hope Baptist Church. The Reverends Scott Roper and Brian Stevens will officiate. Burial will follow the service at Lone Oak Baptist Church Cemetery. The family will receive friends from 12:00 till 2:00 pm at the Church prior to the service.
In lieu of flowers donations may be made to the Graham County Cancer Society.
Townson-Smith Funeral Home is honored to be serving the Brooks family.
