Linda Lee Stewart

Linda Lee Stewart, 73, of Robbinsville, NC, passed away Thursday, March 6, 2025 at her residence.

          She is the daughter of the late Reverend Onlie and Eula Brooks Jones of Robbinsville, NC.

          Linda is survived by her husband, James Stewart III, her sons; Reverend Mark (Angela) Stewart of Hayesville, NC, Roger (Elaine) Stewart of Midlothian, VA, Jeff (Barbara) Stewart of Robbinsville, NC. She is also survived by her brothers; Daniel Jones of Swain, NC., and James Jones of Robbinsville, NC. Sister; Elvalina Fuller, of Gastonia, NC.

          Linda was the proud grandmother of 11 grandchildren, and 10 great grandchildren with one great grandchild on the way.

          Funeral Services will be held at 2:00 pm, Monday the 10th, 2025 at the Townson-Smith Chapel in Robbinsville, NC. The Reverend Jimmy Millsaps will officiate. Burial will follow the service at the Lone Oak Cemetery. The family will receive friends from 12:00 till 2:00pm at the Chapel prior to the service.

          In lieu of flowers, the family has requested that donations be made to a local charity or Church.

          Townson-Smith is honored to be serving the Stewart family.
