Marvin Kenneth Jones Sr.

Marvin Kenneth Jones, Sr. passed away, Tuesday, October 18, 2022. Though his passing was sudden and unexpected, it was extremely peaceful.

          He was the beloved husband of Helen Plemmons Jones Thompson, father of Marvin Kenneth jones Jr., Audrey Jones Justice, and Myrna Jones Baker, grandfather to 8, great grandfather to 6 and cherished friend to a multitude of people across the country.

          A gathering of family to honor Marvin will be held on Sunday, October 23, 2022, at 2:00 pm in the Chapel of Townson-Smith Funeral Home located at 160 Five Point Road, Robbinsville, NC 28771.

          A larger Memorial and Celebration of Life for Marvin is planned for late Spring or early Summer 2023.
