Mary Sue (Cooper) Wilson

     Mary Sue Wilson, 91 of the Old Sweetwater Road Community of Robbinsville, NC left her earthly home, Sunday, November 16, 2025, at Graham Healthcare and Rehabilitation Center.

     Born and raised in Graham County, she was the daughter of the late Zeb and Belle Cooper.  In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her husband, Richard (Dick) Wilson, and her brothers, Frank and Edd Cooper.

     She is survived by her daughters, Darla Colvin of Robbinsville, NC, Joy Carchidi of Anderson, SC, Jennifer Rogers of Jasper, GA, and her son Richard Wilson of Simpsonville, SC; grandchildren, Haize Colvin Lewis of Asheville, NC, Branyon Colvin of Robbinsville, NC, Austin Colvard of Easley, SC, Tyson Goddard of Pleasant Hill, SC, Brad Carchidi of Martinez, CA, Jade Carver of Robbinsville, NC; sisters Maxine Perkins and Essie Andrews of Robbinsville, NC.  

     Funeral Services will be held at 2:00 pm Wednesday, November 19, 2025, at the Townson-Smith Chapel.  Marty Maxwell will officiate.  Burial will follow the service at the Old Mother Cemetery.  The family will receive friends from 1:00 till 2:00 pm Wednesday at the chapel prior to the service.
