Rev. Paul Teasdale

Reverend Paul Teasdale, 87, of the Snowbird Community of Robbinsville, NC passed away, Sunday, October 22, 2023, at Graham Healthcare and Rehabilitation Center.

          Paul was born in Kijabe, Keyna to Charles and Mae Vanasek Teasdale.  In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his wife of 62 years, Betty Lou Pierson Teasdale in March of 2020 and his granddaughter, Julie Ann Teasdale.

          He is survived by his children and their spouses, Jim and Barb Teasdale of Robbinsville, NC, Bobbi and John Leflar of Bentonville, AR, and Dan and Kris Teasdale of Robbinsville, NC, and sister, Lois Diddams and husband Dick of Virginia; and son-in-law Geoff Buchanan.  His grandchildren and their spouses, Paul (Callie), Lisa(Taylor), Robert (Karina), Samantha(Blake), Issac (Hamilton), Jade, Abby, Ty; and his great grandchildren, Annabelle, Zach, Jazmyn, Felicity, Malachai, Abram, Oliver, Lily and Kyah.

          Funeral Services will be held at 1:00 pm Saturday, October 28, 2023, at Little Snowbird Baptist Church.  The Reverend Scott Pierre will officiate.  Burial will follow at the Little Snowbird Baptist Church Cemetery.  The family will receive friends from 6:00 till 8:00 pm Friday, October 27, 2023, at the Townson-Smith Chapel.
