Roy Smith

Roy Smith, 82 of the Dick Branch community of Robbinsville, NC passed away, Friday, April 5, 2024, at Graham Healthcare and Rehabilitation Center in Robbinsville, NC.

          He was a native of Graham County and the son of the late Allen and Lena Hooper Smith.  In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his wife, Patricia Lail Smith in January of 2024, his daughter Darla Smith Denton in March of 2000, brother, Jimmie Smith, sisters, Bennie Lee Jones, and Willa Belle Pinson.

          Roy is survived by his brothers, J. B. Smith, Harold Smith both of Robbinsville, NC, sisters, Ida King of Gray Court, SC, Phyllis Jordan of Redlands, CA, and Deanie Wiggins of Reno, NV.

          Graveside Services will be held at 10:00 am Monday, April 8, 2024, at the Carver Cemetery.  Reverend Gary Crisp will officiate.
