Virginia (Key) Jones

Virginia Key Jones, 79 of Robbinsville, NC passed away, Thursday, June 18, 2026, at Graham Healthcare and Rehabilitation center.

           She was a native of Graham county and the daughter of the late Paris Key and Elsie Dillard Key Jumper.  In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her son, Dennis Jumper and her brother, Eddie Key and her half-sisters, Carla Key and Cathy Key.

          She is survived by her sons, Tim Jumper of Robbinsville, NC, and Anthony Jumper of Andrews, NC, her half-brothers, Terry Key, Danny Key, Jimmy Key, John Paul Jumper, James Jumper, and Jim Jumper all of Robbinsville, NC.   She is also survived by a host of grandchildren and great grandchildren.

          Funeral services will be held at 2:00 pm Sunday, June 28, 2026, at the Townson-Smith Chapel.  Reverend William Wayne Adams will officiate.  Burial will follow at the Jumper family Cemetery.  The family will receive friends from 1:00 till 2:00 pm Sunday at the Chapel prior to the service.
