Obituary
Wilma Royal, 83 of Robbinsville, NC passed away, Sunday, November 20, 2022, in Whiteville, NC.
She was a native of Graham County and the daughter of the late Nathan and Ada Cable Garland. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her son, Russell Nathan Royal; Infant brother, Keith Owen Garland; sisters, Axie Eury, and Penny Phillips.
She is survived by her son, P.D. Royal of Robbinsville, NC; daughters, Jerri Romans (Chris) of Whiteville, NC, Terrie Cartrette (Michael) of Chadbourn, NC; brothers, Jr. Garland of Dallas, NC, Darrell Garland, Gerald Garland both of Robbinsville, NC; sisters, Kathy Harrison of Dalton, GA, Sue Maiers of Dallas, NC, Carol Cable of Iron Station, NC; 13 grandchildren, 21 great grandchildren, and 1 great great grandchild.
Funeral Services will be held at 2:00 pm Friday, November 25, 2022, at Cedar Cliff Baptist Church. The Reverend Daniel Stewart will officiate. Burial will follow the service at Carver Cemetery. The family will receive friends from 12:00 till 2:00 pm Friday at the Church prior to the service.
