God was looking out after me to point me in the direction of Townson-Smith Funeral Home. My husband of 54 years and I moved to Robbinsville in 2018 and loved our life here until he passed on February 3. At 72, this is the most difficult thing I have ever been through and Marlon has become a friend throughout the process. The entire staff made things so much more bearable and I cannot thank them enough. The death of a loved one is the most difficult thing one can endure and the gentle hands and empathy freely given by the staff was priceless.

I honestly don't know where to start. The compassion, assistance and "family" care was amazing and greatly appreciated. We, as a family had special requests, while small were handled with great care. Calvin was there from the beginning till we laid our loved one to rest. April handled all the details for burial in the WNC State Veterans Cemetery and Honor Guard. The staff of Townson-Smith are very professional and are so helpful. Thank you seems so small.

Words will never be sufficient to say how thankful I am for your help during one of the hardest times of my life. Your attention to detail, your thoughful answers to so many questions, your very well-timed jokes and your hard work made this whole ordeal so much more bearable. You went above and beyond to make every little request happen and did it seamlessly, while still making us feel like it was so special and personal just for us. I couldn't ask for any more than that. Thank you will never be enough.
