Me and my family can’t thank yall enough for everything y’all have done for us through all the loved ones we have lost “Eric Dwayne Anderson” “ivalee Harris” “birtha gladden” “Nichole Lynn Phillips” “Jimbo Phillips” y’all have always been so supportive in our decisions and always been so comforting and loving during the difficult times we’ve been through and always made sure our loved ones looked so peaceful and at rest and for that we thank y’all very much
I honestly don't know where to start. The compassion, assistance and "family" care was amazing and greatly appreciated. We, as a family had special requests, while small were handled with great care. Calvin was there from the beginning till we laid our loved one to rest. April handled all the details for burial in the WNC State Veterans Cemetery and Honor Guard. The staff of Townson-Smith are very professional and are so helpful. Thank you seems so small.
Words will never be sufficient to say how thankful I am for your help during one of the hardest times of my life. Your attention to detail, your thoughful answers to so many questions, your very well-timed jokes and your hard work made this whole ordeal so much more bearable. You went above and beyond to make every little request happen and did it seamlessly, while still making us feel like it was so special and personal just for us. I couldn't ask for any more than that. Thank you will never be enough.
Thank You for being so professional and compassionate during the loss of our Mother, Lois Almond. Your attention to details, the care for Mom in getting her ready, the overall concern you had for the family was greatly appreciated.
You provide a great service to the families in the community and we were blessed to have you there for our family.
Once again you have blessed us with comfort and caring during the loss of our beloved son, husband, father, "Papa", brother, and friend to many, Keith "Spike" Orr, and words can't express our gratitude. You made such a sorrowful time easier because we know you cared too.
Thank you so much for your service to this community.
We can depend on careing service beyond business service.
You give us a sense of peace about our future.
Words are not sufficient to tell you how much we appreciate the loving service you provided us during the loss of our mother, Gladys Crisp. I don't suppose you have many requests to allow your staff to participate in the service, and we thank you for "lending" Warner to sing and her great grandson, Chris, to be a pall-bearer.
We are always interested in hearing from the families that we serve. Please take a moment to let us know how well we served you in your time of need. We very much appreciate your feedback.
